- Learn and support the CFA team in conducting garment quality inspections to ensure products comply with buyer requirements and company quality standards.
- Assist in sample checking, inline inspection, final inspection, and quality-related documentation under the guidance of the CFA Assistant Manager

- Learn and assist in checking garment samples (TOP, PP, Size Set, etc.) according to buyer requirements.
- Support Inline and Final Inspection activities under the supervision of senior CFA members.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining inspection reports and quality records.
- Learn inspection standards and quality requirements for different buyers.
- Participate in Pre-Production Meetings (PPR) when assigned.
- Support verification of sewing, pressing, folding, and packing processes to ensure compliance with approved standards.
- Assist in collecting and organizing testing reports, trim cards, and related quality documents.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain approved materials and documents required for inspections.
- Assist during buyer visits, third-party inspections, and factory audits when required.
- Learn to identify garment defects and report quality concerns to supervisors.
- Follow company quality procedures, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Participate in internal quality and technical training programs.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in the workplace.
- Perform 6S activities before and after work.
- Properly use company-issued tools, equipment, and PPE.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
