YOU

You want to be an important member of a strong team of other makers who take pride in their work and support each other. As a Data analyst, you will be responsible for data analytics, reporting needs, dashboard development, etc.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Data Analytics:

• From stakeholder requests identifying and collecting necessary data from different sources.
• Structuring data into suitable format for the system.
• Creating dashboards and maintaining them, including fixing bugs and ensuring they remain up-to-date with system and user needs.
• Participating in data analysis aspect of cross functional projects (e.g. employee survey analysis, service metrics analysis, etc.).

Others

• Participating in technical training, engagement, and career orientation program (connect with and be assigned by Direct superior).
• Complying with the company policies, training programs, and meetings upon request.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

If you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Knowledgeable about data concepts: data types, flow, models, etc.
• Familiar with BI tools, high proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud is preferable.
• Experience in Excel and Power Query.
• Patience, able to work with a complex system.
• Pay attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and be able to tell story with data.
• Good communication in English (able to read documents or respond conversation quickly).
• Experience in Project Management with the ability to keep projects to meet deadlines is preferable.
