Data Analytics Supervisor

The Data Analytics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing data analysis related to legal compliance and operational efficiency, utilizing tools like Excel and Power BI to generate insights and reports. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure adherence to regulations, optimizing data management systems, and providing training to team members.

Job Duties:

1. Data Analysis & Compliance Monitoring:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret legal and compliance data across various departments.

• Utilize data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI to synthesize information for decision-making.

• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on company operations.

2. Data System Management:

• Evaluate and optimize the current information system for effective data management.

• Develop and propose improvements to enhance data security and compliance with legal standards.

• Ensure seamless integration with the Group’s common data system.

3. Compliance Support & Risk Management:

• Provide data-driven insights to support internal compliance and risk management initiatives.

• Work closely with Internal Control and Legal teams to evaluate compliance risks.

• Assist in implementing strategies to ensure regulatory adherence.

4. Reporting & Dashboard Development:

• Design dashboards and reporting tools to streamline compliance analysis.

• Prepare detailed reports for senior management, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

• Communicate analytical findings effectively to key stakeholders.

5. Employee Guidance & System Utilization:

• Train employees on using compliance tools and information systems efficiently.

• Maintain and update standards, processes, and policies related to compliance data management.

6. Legal Documentation & Policy Enforcement:

• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents to ensure corporate compliance.

• Support company-wide initiatives to align operations with legal requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.

• Prefer candidates with 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, legal support, or compliance, especially in the FMCG sector.

• Proficiency in Data Analytics Tools (Excel, Power BI)

• Capable of organizing, securing, and optimizing legal and compliance data systems.

• Experience in compliance monitoring or legal risk assessment.

• Experienced in coordinating compliance-related projects and ensuring regulatory adherence.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
