Data Governance

Support the development and implementation of data governance policies, standards, and processes.

Collaborate with Data Owners and Data Stewards to apply Data Governance across systems.

Monitor compliance with data governance policies across the organization.

Conduct training and awareness sessions on data governance for business units.

Support the implementation of specialized areas such as Data Quality, Metadata, and Master Data Management.

Participate in periodic assessments of the organization’s data governance maturity and propose improvements.

Over 5 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or related fields.

Strong knowledge of Data Quality, Metadata, Master Data, and Data Privacy.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across IT, Business, and Compliance teams.

Familiarity with Data Governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM).

Experience with Data Governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica Axon).

Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, Decree 12/2023, etc.).
