1. Qualifications and Knowledge
- Graduated from university in Information Technology or relatQualifications And Knowledgeed fields
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP) and deployment models
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiar with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins or similar
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
- Basic knowledge of networking (Load Balancer, DNS, SSL, VPC…)
- Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Knowledge of monitoring/logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK…)
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to learn and apply AI tools to enhance productivity
2. Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure roles
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance, Cloud environments (Azure preferred)
- Experience working with high-availability systems is a plus
- Experience with event-driven systems (Kafka, messaging) is an advantage
- Experience with API Gateway (Kong, Nginx…) is a plus
- Experience in travel tech / OTA / platform-based systems is a strong advantage.

4. Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure & Automation
+ Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Azure or multi-cloud environments
+ Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
+ Automate provisioning, scaling, and system configuration
- CI/CD & Release Management
+ Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
+ Standardize deployment process across Dev → SIT → UAT → Production
+ Improve release speed while ensuring stability
- Container & Platform Management
+ Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
+ Optimize cluster performance, scaling, and resource usage
+ Support service mesh and platform-level architecture if needed
+ Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
+ Ensure system uptime, availability, and performance
+ Handle incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem
+ Implement security best practices across infrastructure
+ Manage secrets, access control, and system protection
+ Ensure compliance with company and partner requirements
