Overview of the position

Digital Transformation Executive help to define business problems/demands via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information. Once the demand on digitalization and operation are clearly understood, Digital Transformation Executive outline detailed requirements for a solution and ensure the delivered solution meets those business requirements.​ The Digital Transformation Executive’s role also help to bridge the gap between IT and the wider business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with users and identify the pain area and map the business requirement
• Preparing BRD (if assigned)
• Developing auto-workflow/web-app/report using Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerBI, Excel and SharePoint
• Conducting training and preparing UMD
• Maintaining and enhancing system performance
• Supporting users when issues arise
• Gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements; analysing data
• Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements​ and digitalization.
• Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
• Creating functional specifications for solutions​.
• Implementing and testing of solutions​.
• Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.

Experience & Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Software Engineering is a plus
• 1-2 experience in business processes is referred
• Having practical knowledge of project management is a plus
• Ability to listen, comprehend, analyses, understand, and abstract information from end users
• Excellent communication skill, must be fluent in English
• Job demands to travel different ofi locations within Vietnam.
• Should have attitude towards learning new technology (Digital – Fair theoretical understanding on AI/ML, Ecommerce).
• Interest in continuous optimizing the process.
• Individual Contributor role and must be a high performer, high commitment
