🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end ERP implementation projects: business analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation (BRD, FSD)
- Configure and customize ERP modules across manufacturing, finance, procurement, sales, and logistics
- Support system testing (SIT, UAT) and collaborate with vendors to resolve issues
- Maintain and enhance the current Dynamics AX 2012 R3 system during transition
- Develop internal applications using Microsoft Power Apps & Power Automate
- Prepare technical documents, user manuals, and conduct end-user training
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP aligns with real business operations
