End-User IT Support
- Provide first-level technical support for end-users related to PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, software, email, network, and Wi-Fi issues..
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and provide onsite support when required.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS, Microsoft Office, antivirus software, and standard business applications
- Support user account setup, password reset, and basic access requests
- Support meeting room IT equipment and conference systems, support technical for events.
IT Operations Support
- Support daily IT operation activities to ensure stable IT services within HCM Office.
- Perform routine inspection and maintenance of IT equipment.
- Support basic network troubleshooting including LAN, Internet, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity issues.
- Escalate complex infrastructure or server-related issues to the IT team or vendors.
Asset & Documentation Management
- Maintain and update IT asset inventory records.
- Prepare and maintain basic IT documentation, user guides, and support records.
- Monitor hardware/software allocation and support asset tracking activities.
IT Security Support
- Support implementation of company IT security policies and standards.
- Ensure endpoint antivirus and security software are properly updated.
- Report suspicious activities, security incidents, or abnormal system behavior to the IT Leader.
- Support basic IT security awareness activities for users.
Vendor & Project Coordination
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for equipment repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Support company-wide IT projects, rollout activities, and system upgrades.
Other Tasks
- Perform other IT-related duties assigned by HR management or the IT Leader.
