- Manage, oversee and maintain the administration and maintenance of the HRIS, ensuring it is up-to-date and functioning correctly.
- Evaluate current HR processes and identify opportunities for automation and system enhancements, integrate HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and align with organizational needs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the HR system, including recruitment, payroll, performance management and learning platforms.
- Document workflows, processes and system configurations to ensure transparency and consistency, maintain compliance with data privacy and security standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving HRIS-related issues.
- Collect and analyze HR data to inform strategies and decision-making.
- Process and update employee data for HRM system.
- Develop and maintain standard reports, customized reports, periodic reports of employee data, HR dashboards and develop relating reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends and analysis.
- Respond to HR data requests on ad-hoc basis by gathering, analyzing and reporting relevant data from various sources.
- Maintain HR data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data input. Audit HR data, troubleshoot irregularities and support data governance processes.
- Provide on-the-job and formal training to users on system functionalities and best practices.
- Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, maintain system quality and internal customer satisfaction.
- Work directly with vendors to resolve system issues, operate, maintain and upgrade the system, implement new features.
- Monitor system access and usage to protect sensitive employee data.
- Address user inquiries and escalate complex issues to vendors as needed.
- Lead or support HRIS projects, such as new module implementations, upgrades and integrations with other systems.
- Partner with relating stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of HRIS-related initiatives.
- Manage timelines, resources and communication plans for system-related projects.
- Manage, check and reconcile monthly budgets, prepare reports and analyze related costs.
- Develop & maintain KPI tracking system.
