IP Engineer

• Design, implement Huawei enterprise network solutions (Backbone, Metro，WAN, SRV6，DCN).

• Provide technical support for  post-sales activities, including Design, deployment and migration.

• Perform installation, configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Huawei enterprise products (Router, Switches, iMaster NCE, etc.).

• Proficient in core IP routing protocols, including OSPF, IS-IS, and BGP.Capable of solution design, deployment, and service migration based on the aforementioned IP protocols.

• Support enterprise customers in incident response, problem resolution, and performance tuning.

• Collaborate with R&D and GTAC teams for complex issue escalation and product improvements.

• Conduct training, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions for customers and partners.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design guides, operation manuals, and change records.

• Education Background Requirements: Bachelor or higher, major: Telecommunications technology, or related fields.

• 3–5 years of experience in enterprise networking or security solutions.

• Solid knowledge of routing, switching, wireless, and security technologies.

• Familiar with network automation and SDN platforms (Huawei iMaster NCE is a plus).

• Understanding of enterprise cloud networking and security best practices.

• Ability to perform complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

• Able to communicate effectively in English both speaking and writing.

• Family with Microsoft office, Excel, Power point.

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and manage parallel time-critical tasks.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to Travel as needed.
