Mô tả Công việc

  • Manage IT assets with software, hardware, licenses... Import and export inventory, inventory assets, liquidate assets.
  • Implement, track, store, and extract NDAs, Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, Contracts, Payment Requests.
  • Track IT costs and report by vendor, contract, category, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
  • Follow the list of stores belonging to ACFC and VFBS.
  • Make proposals to purchase equipment, transmission lines, internet, phone numbers for store openings and carry out procedures to close internet/phone when the store closes.
  • Monitor and perform IT equipment repairs.
  • Manage and store work-related documents (paper and electronic).
  • Other work: stationery, events, timekeeping.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative position.
  • Having knowledge of Information Technology is a plus.
  • Pro-active, adaptive and good follow-through.
  • Positive attitude, result oriented, resourceful, innovative.
  • Good skill of copywriting, translating.
  • Good skill of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
  • Highly committed, passion, well organized, pro-active, honest, integrity, detailed, persevere and diligent.
