IT Intern (SLQ or PLC Skills)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/ TRÁCH NHIỆM CÔNG VIỆC:

- Extract, query, and analyze production and operational data from MES, ERP, and other industrial systems using SQL.

Truy xuất, xử lý và phân tích dữ liệu sản xuất từ MES, ERP và các hệ thống khác bằng SQL.

- Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support Lean and operational decision-making.

Xây dựng báo cáo, dashboard phục vụ hoạt động Lean và vận hành.

- Validate data accuracy and ensure reliable data flow for process monitoring.

Kiểm tra tính chính xác của dữ liệu và đảm bảo luồng dữ liệu ổn định.

- Support PLC programming, debugging, and troubleshooting activities.

Hỗ trợ lập trình, debug và xử lý sự cố PLC.

- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and I/O allocation tables.

Đọc hiểu sơ đồ điện, sơ đồ đấu nối và I/O.

-nWork with sensors and actuators such as proximity sensors, encoders, cylinders, solenoid valves, inverters, and servo motors.

Làm việc với các thiết bị như sensor, encoder, cylinder, valve, inverter, servo…

- Assist in connecting PLC systems with HMI, inverters, servo systems, and upper-level systems (MES, database).

Hỗ trợ kết nối PLC với HMI, inverter, servo và hệ thống MES/database.

- Participate in automation projects, equipment improvement, and on-site commissioning or troubleshooting.

Tham gia các dự án tự động hóa, cải tiến thiết bị và xử lý sự cố tại hiện trường.

- Support data acquisition, production reporting, and integration between PLC and database systems.

Hỗ trợ thu thập dữ liệu, báo cáo sản xuất và tích hợp dữ liệu PLC với hệ thống database.

- Use PLC functions such as timers, counters, interrupts, subroutines, and analog processing.

Sử dụng timer, counter, interrupt, subroutine và xử lý analog.

- Performs other activities as assigned.

Thực hiện các hoạt động khác theo sự phân công.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND ANILITIES REQUIREMENTS/ YÊU CẦU VỀ KINH NGHIỆM VÀ KHẢ NĂNG KỸ THUẬT:

I. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS/ KIẾN THỨC VÀ KỸ NĂNG:

- Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction, querying, and analysis.

Có kiến thức cơ bản về SQL (truy vấn và phân tích dữ liệu).

- Familiarity with at least one PLC brand (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Allen Bradley, Inovance, etc.).

Biết ít nhất một dòng PLC (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Allen Bradley…).

- Understanding of PLC programming languages: Ladder Logic (LAD), FBD, STL, Structured Text (ST).

Hiểu các ngôn ngữ lập trình PLC: Ladder, FBD, STL, Structured Text.

- Understanding of sensors and actuators: proximity sensors, photoelectric sensors, encoders, cylinders, solenoid valves, inverters, servo motors.

Hiểu về sensor và actuator: sensor tiệm cận, quang, encoder, cylinder, valve, inverter, servo…

- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profinet, EtherNet/IP…) is a plus.

Có kiến thức về giao thức truyền thông công nghiệp (Modbus, Profinet…) là lợi thế.

- Experience with HMI configuration and debugging is a plus.

Có kinh nghiệm với HMI là lợi thế.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Có tư duy phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề tốt.

- Ability to read English technical documents and communicate in English.

Có khả năng đọc tài liệu kỹ thuật và giao tiếp bằng Tiếng Anh.

II. EDUCATION:

- Bachelor or Diploma Holder recognized by the State Ministry of Education.

Tốt nghiệp Cử nhân hoặc Cao đẳng được Bộ Giáo dục công nhận.

- Automation Engineering; Electrical / Electronics Engineering; Mechatronics; Industrial Engineering; Information Technology; Data Science / Data Analytics;  Software Engineering.

Chuyên ngành: Kỹ thuật Tự động hóa; Kỹ thuật Điện/Điện tử; Cơ điện tử; Kỹ thuật Công nghiệp; Công nghệ Thông tin; Khoa học Dữ liệu / Phân tích Dữ liệu; Kỹ thuật Phần mềm.

III. EXPERIENCE/ KINH NGHIỆM:

Graduates who meet the education reauirements above 1 year experience in manufacturing area will be prefered.

IV. LOCATION AND WORKING TIME/ ĐỊA ĐIỂM VÀ THỜI GIAN LÀM VIỆC:

- Location: Nhon Trach 6 Industrial Park - Dong Nai (Company shuttle bus available from Ho Chi Minh City and Bien Hoa - Dong Nai).

Địa điểm: Khu công nghiệp Nhơn Trạch 6 - Đồng Nai ( Xe đưa rước từ TP. Hồ Chí Minh và Biên Hòa - Đồng Nai)

- Work form Monday - Saturday (08:00 AM - 04:30 PM).

Thời gian làm việc từ thứ 2 tới thứ 7 (08:00 - 16:30)
