*Job description:

- As an in-house system engineer, develop and maintain the company's information systems to enhance operational efficiency and improve information security.

*Key Responsibilities:

System Development & Implementation:

- Define requirements, design, develop, test, and implement new systems to support operational efficiency.

System Maintenance & Operations:

- Update existing systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.

User Support:

- Respond to inquiries from internal users and provide guidance on system usage.

Security Management:

- Implement security measures and manage risks in accordance with the information security policy.

Documentation:

- Create and update system specifications, user manuals, and operational procedures.

Technical Leadership:

- Research the latest technology trends and evaluate how technological innovations can be utilized in business operations.

Development team building:

- Enviromental setup, standurdization and making rules to accelerate in-house development together with external partners.

Education:

   - Graduated from University majoring in IT.

Experience:

   - Many years of experience in system development.

Technical Skills:

   - Knowledge of programming (e.g., Java, Python), databases (e.g., SQL), and system infrastructure (e.g., Linux, Windows servers).

   - Enviromental setup, standurdization and making rules for system development by team

Management Skills:

   - Able to manage work and projects, and train employees.

Language Skills:

  - Prefer business-level proficiency in Japanese or English.

Human Skills:

- Creative thinking and collaborative mindset.
