IT Officer

Setup user’s equipment (computer, printer, telephone,…)

Provide level 1 support to end-user all issues regarding to IT systems: network, computer’s hardware, software, CCTV, Printer, FingerPrint system, Office equipment…

Monitor, maintain and upgrade computer’s hardware, software periodically.

Manage all IT assets with hand-over minutes, inventory, asset tag.

Train or provide guidance/support to others as assignment by Leader.

University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or another relevant field.

Basic English and communication skills.

Priority to MCSA, CCNA Certificate.

Have experience in Manufacturing Company.

Hard-working, careful, enthusiastic.
