Mô tả Công việc

  • Ensure and maintain the IT systems for the Office and Factory divisions.
  • Set up network systems, projectors, and equipment for meeting rooms.
  • Manage the Odoo software and troubleshoot any arising issues.
  • Administer email systems: create, delete, and assign email accounts, and resolve email-related issues (Outlook).
  • Diagnose and support users with computer-related issues; advise on system upgrades or replacement equipment.
  • Set up internal company networks: NAS storage systems, modem configuration, Wi-Fi systems, switches, and other network devices to ensure stable operations.
  • Repair and maintain hardware and office equipment such as printers, Wi-Fi routers, cameras, etc.
  • Work with suppliers on warranty and maintenance for IT equipment.
  • Report work progress to superiors.
  • Collaborate with other departments and perform tasks as assigned by management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.
  • Experienced in using and managing NAS storage systems and firewalls.
  • Proficient in managing Outlook email systems.
  • Solid knowledge of network systems (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi), computers, and printers.
  •  Good English communication skills, especially in reading and understanding technical documents.
  • Experience with Odoo software is a plus.
