The IT Supervisor is responsible for managing and ensuring the stable, secure, and efficient operation of the entire IT environment, including infrastructure, business applications, and internal systems. This role serves as a critical link between the Board of Directors, business departments, and the IT team to optimize operations, improve service quality, and drive digital transformation initiatives aligned with company strategy.
1. Microsoft 365 Administration
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including Users, Exchange Email, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Manage user access rights, data security, and shared information according to company policies.
- Monitor system performance, resolve incidents, and escalate complex issues when required.
- Propose and implement new applications or services (cloud-based or self-hosted when appropriate).
2. Business Applications & Operational Systems
- Manage and monitor the operation of production and office software systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers, ensuring SLA compliance and system stability.
- Analyze business needs and propose suitable software solutions.
- Key system groups include:
- Office & collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Miro).
- Design software (Adobe Creative Cloud, CorelDRAW, Canva, Browzwear, Gerber).
- Business systems (ERP, MISA, RFID, Barcode).
- Internal systems (Helpdesk, OpenProject, Snipe-IT).
- Infrastructure systems (VM Servers, VPS, internal websites).
- Security solutions (antivirus and system protection measures).
3. Network & Server Infrastructure
- Manage LAN, WAN, WiFi networks, as well as firewalls, switches, and routers.
- Administer Windows and Linux servers, including VPS environments.
- Monitor system resources, backup processes, and disaster recovery (DR) plans.
- Ensure system stability, security, and continuous operation.
4. Internal Systems & Self-hosting
- Deploy, operate, and maintain internal systems hosted on servers or VPS (Docker where applicable).
- Establish and maintain operational standards for backup, monitoring, security, and recovery.
5. CCTV & Access Control Systems
- Manage configuration, access rights, and data storage of CCTV and access control systems.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, upgrades, and incident resolution.
- Extract system data upon request in compliance with security and privacy regulations.
6. IT Assets & Budget Management
- Plan and execute IT procurement activities.
- Manage IT assets, hardware, equipment, and software licenses.
- Work with vendors and monitor IT-related costs and budgets.
7. User Support & Helpdesk Management
- Monitor helpdesk ticketing systems and ensure SLA compliance.
- Directly handle or escalate complex technical issues.
- Continuously improve IT service quality and user satisfaction.
8. IT Projects
- Plan and implement IT projects such as ERP, IoT, barcode systems, and internal platforms.
- Coordinate with business departments, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Track project progress, risks, and deliverables.
- Develop project documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
9. IT Strategy & Continuous Improvement
- Research, evaluate, and propose IT and ERP solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor technology trends, digital transformation initiatives, and industry best practices.
- Manage vendor performance and service quality.
10. Team Management
- Assign tasks, coach, train, and develop IT team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and prepare periodic management reports.
