Helpdesk and asset management (80%):
- Monitoring and maintaining all the software, hardware, and other IT equipment.
- Respond to IT ticket requests from employees and resolve issues efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and software applications.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new workstations and laptops.
- Ensure the proper functioning of printers, scanners, and other office equipment.
- In charge of installing workstations, loading all required software, and supporting the new employee to use their account and PC on their first day in the company.
- Update Monthly IT Reports and labeling, and manage IT assets.
Administration (20%):
- Manage user accounts, credentials, permissions, access rights, storage allocations, and active directory administration.
- Assist in maintaining and upgrading servers, routers, switches, and other network equipment.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
