JOB SUMMARY
As an IT Technical Support Engineer, you will provide Level 2 IT support and delivery IT services to end-users at TTI's factories in Cu Chi and other locations when required, including end user devices (PC, office equipment, accessories…) but not limited to others IT services (application, license, project…) as well as follow up operation process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
1. Daily IT Support
Fix tech issues: Quickly resolve hardware, software, and basic network problems for users (meet SLAs).
Asset Management: Manage the full lifecycle of all IT assets (End User Devices), from initial setup and tracking to maintenance and disposal.
Find the real cause: Look deeper into tech problems to fix them permanently, not just apply workaround.
Manage tickets: Monitor open tickets, pull reports, and pass complex cases to senior teams when needed.
Be flexible: Work normal office hours, but be ready for overtime (OT) to keep services running with a great attitude.
2. Systems & Projects
Guide users: Collaborate with other teams to advise users on the best and most efficient tech solutions.
Follow & improve rules: Follow company IT guidelines (SOPs) and help make them better.
Work with vendors: Partner with external vendors to solve major or difficult tech issues.
Support IT projects: Help out with ongoing IT projects and make sure new systems are fully ready for use.
3. Growth & Team Culture
Keep learning: Stay updated on new tech trends and suggest training courses you want to take to your manager.
Share knowledge: Volunteer to run short training sessions and share helpful tips with your teammates.
Build culture: Give and receive open feedback (Conversation, Feedback and Recognitions method) to help maintain a positive and supportive workplace.
