Play a key role in modernizing and optimizing the production line for wind turbine rings and flanges (including forging, ring rolling, CNC machining, and heat treatment). Apply software technologies, 3D design, and physical simulations to minimize waste, enhance productivity, and meet the strict quality standards of the corporate group.
2. Key Responsibilities Process & Data Automation:Develop tools and scripts (using Python, Excel VBA) to automate production data collection, machine parameter extraction, and generate periodic reports (Daily/Weekly Reports) for the Management Board.
Set up and manage automated workflows (via Power Automate) to streamline approval processes and the routing of technical documents across departments.
Simulation & Technical Optimization:Run simulations for complex physical processes (such as induction heating and heat treatment) using specialized software (e.g., CENOS IH) to determine optimal operating parameters prior to shop-floor implementation.
Design and improve jigs/fixtures, and assist in creating/exporting technical drawings using CAD software (Fusion 360, AutoCAD, etc.).
On-site Improvement & Lean Manufacturing:Collaborate with the production team to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for technical defects or bottlenecks in the forging, rolling, and machining stages.
Apply Lean Manufacturing and 5S methodologies to improve workplace layouts and reduce non-value-added activities for operators.
MI Project Management:Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and report on the effectiveness of improvement initiatives to higher management in English or Korean.
