- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of master data in SAP across MM, SD, PP, QM, FICO modules, as well as other relevant software systems, if any.
- Create and maintain master data records in accordance with the Company's policies, standards, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to review, validate, and timely update master data, ensuring smooth system operations and business processes.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure master data integrity, prevent duplication, identify and rectify errors, and support continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with the Company's policies, standards, and procedures governing master data management and operations.
- Generate and maintain master data quality reports to monitor data quality and drive continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify and report master data issues, and coordinate with relevant departments and data owners to review and correct errors in a timely manner.
- Provide technical support, training, and guidance to users on master data management and system operations.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in Master Data Management or a similar role.
- 1+ year of SAP experience with at least 2 modules: FICO, MM, SD, or PP.
- Hands-on SQL/database experience; Python is a plus.
- Good business knowledge in Commercial, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance & Accounting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
- SAP Certification is a plus.
