Mobile Lead

We are looking for an exceptional React Native developer who will be responsible for the coding and security of the

app we built. You will work closely with the software manager and the rest of the agile team to deliver new features.

Main Responsibilities

- Build, manage and grow a very exciting product with high traffic;

- Handle the React Native component of the Mobile Application;

- Front-End Development;

- UI/UX;

- Mobile App Development;

- Comply with the Company’s processes, procedures, regulations, and standards;

- Do alignment about the individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure the target achievement;

- Implement other tasks at line manager assigned.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in following (as preferable):

- Software Development.

- Computer Engineering.

- Computer Science.

- Information System. Or Bachelor’s Degree in related fields

2nd language ability: Intermediate English skills

Related experiences:

- At least 5 years of React Native experience, 3 years in leadership role.

- Expert in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React Native, ReactJS.

- Strong expeerience using Rdeux, Context API, Zustand, React Query…

- Implement highly scalable React Native apps for iOS and Android;

- Experience with React Native, Relay Modern, Restful API and GraphQL.

Essential Capabilities:

- Experience with writing test-cases and make sure they pass before committing to Git;

- Experience with CI/CD (Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions); care deeply about the design of the product;

- You have a deep understanding for mobile app’s architecture, desgin pattern, application optimization.

- Strong experience in native development (Swift/Kotlin/Objective-C) as plus.

- You have good knowledge in playing around with APIs and advanced security practices.

- Familiar with Agile/Scurm, Jira

- Good communication skill, collaboration, cross-functional team with high ownership, responsibility.

- Curious lifelong learning and up to date tech trend.

- Experience in deveopment and operation large-scale system is a plus.
