[Nhà Máy Bến Cát] Network & System Administrator (IT/ Network System)

• Server Management: Manage, operate, and maintain local servers (AD, File Server, Esim, EMS, Accounting). Perform user account and permission management, apply RMV standard GPOs, conduct regular patch updates, execute backups/restores, and monitor system health.
• End-User Support: Troubleshoot IT issues (hardware, software, M365, network, peripherals) for factory staff via the ticketing system. Support new account setups, software installations, and online meeting tools (Zoom, Teams).
• Network & Infrastructure: Monitor and maintain local network devices (Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Access Points, VPNs. Collaborate with IT HCM to implement network policies and IT/OT network segmentation.
• Asset & License Management: Track and manage the IT asset inventory at FAC2 and allocated software licenses.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure devices comply with security policies (Sophos Endpoint). Handle security alerts, monitor for risks (Ransomware, Malware), and strictly adhere to incident response and access control procedures.
• Documentation & Reporting: Continuously update local network diagrams, asset lists, and server checklists. Generate periodic reports on system health and IT incidents.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with the IT HCM team to deploy new solutions, manage system updates (Change Management), and support data migration to M365 (SharePoint/OneDrive).
• Other Tasks: Perform other related duties and IT projects as assigned by the IT Network & System Leader or FAC2 Management.

Official Education:

• Bachelor degree – Information Technology (Major: Computer Networks, Computer Science)
• MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Engineer)
• CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)

Technical Skills & Experience:

• System & Virtualization: Proven experience administrating Windows Server, Active Directory (AD), and File Servers. Solid knowledge of virtualization infrastructure, specifically Hyper-V and VMware.
• Network Infrastructure: Ability to configure network devices (firewalls, routers, switches) and network protocols (VLAN, DHCP, DNS, VPN). Good understanding of the Cisco Meraki system.
• Applications & Security: Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and experience in managing Antivirus systems.
• Specific Experience: Practical experience in End-user support and working within a factory/manufacturing environment.
