Level 1 Support Consultant – OneOps

As a Level 1 Support Consultant (OneOps), you are the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in delivering high-quality IT support. Your responsiveness, analysis, and communication directly contribute to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Your role & responsibilities
As part of the support team, you will:
Monitor ITSM tools and ensure efficient handling of incidents, with special attention to critical situations
Analyze incoming tickets and resolve incidents and requests within the scope of Level 1 support
Track ticket resolution, provide follow-up, and escalate issues when necessary
Perform daily system checks for our customers to ensure stability and performance
Carry out a variety of Level 1 operational tasks (e.g. restarting failed backup jobs, data recovery, user account creation, etc.)
Handle incoming phone calls, report on activities, and ensure smooth handover to the next support team
Tools & technologies
You will work with a wide range of well-known enterprise tools, including:
ServiceNow, SAP, Datadog, Veeam, ESET, and more.
