• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software architects, product owners to develop PHP-applications.
• Design and implement efficient and reliable PHP code while ensuring performance and security.
• Perform code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and issues, ensuring the reliability of applications.
• Participate in requirements analysis and software design discussions to propose innovative solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting.

• Stay up-to-date with PHP and related technology trends, best practices, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with other developers to build scalable and efficient software solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a PHP Developer, with a strong portfolio of PHP-based projects.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, object-oriented programming, and PHP best practices.
• Proficiency in PHP, PHP framework and related technologies (Laravel, Transaction, Job, Queue, etc.).
• Concepts of MVC, 3-layers, PDO, and RESTful, Async/Synchronous.
• Experience with database design and SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Knowledge of web application development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in an agile development environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Loan Origination System or PHP development frameworks for orchestration (e.g. ProcessMaker, Propel, Gulliver, ExtJS…).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Proficient level of English (TOEIC, IELTS certificates)
