1. Handle Products of KM Vietnam (PACS/AI) with Clinical Understand.

- Cooperating with departments and offices to get products info/ Training

- Products Market Research & Analysis: Key Sales Point, Competitor Comparison Sheet...

2. Marketing & Promotion support

- Support marketing events like seminar / workshop / exhibition and promote products.Manage and maintain the schedule and contain of these events.

- Propose and create products materials & Presentation & Video Demo, products Demo ... etc.

3. Support Distributor:

- Support distributors for project management of system implementation at customer site.

- Check the progress of deals and support- Make Proposal & Presentation & Demo

- Support distributors to understand customer needs, environment, workflow and limitation, and propose optimal products, configuration and solution to meet the customer needs.

- Create the tender spec and technical spec

- Provide product training to distributors (Sales and Pre-Sales)

- Recommend product or service enhancement to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.

4. Case Study

- Prepare case studies to market PACS and AI capabilities

- Two directions, one for IT managers and one for Radiology

- Alignment of content with hospital management

BASE SKILLs:

- Intermediate level in Office Tool (Words, Excel, PPT) ,

- Advanced Level in English

- Presentation Skill

- Communication Skill,

- Negotiation Skill.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Driving team engagement,

- Objective analysis

- Building stories in presentations

KNOWLEDGE:

- Experienced in the healthcare market* Experienced in Radiology, PACS or Pre-Sales Experience isadvantage
