Product Owner - CDP Product

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of CDP product within the loyalty platform, CRM, and ERP domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing software development projects, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

CDP Product Management: Develop and manage the roadmap for the Customer Data Platform (CDP), ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer needs.

Research and Development: Analyze market trends, conduct user research, and gather feedback to improve the product.

Project Management: Coordinate work between technical, marketing, and business teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of new features.

Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that critical features are developed and deployed on time.

Requirement Definition: Work closely with stakeholders to identify and define product requirements, write user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Performance Evaluation: Measure and analyze the performance of implemented features and improvements, using data to make strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.

  Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, particularly in Martech or Adtech projects.

  Technical Skills: Understanding of CDP systems, Martech/Adtech tools, and related technologies (APIs, big data, data analytics).

  Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and use analytical tools to make data-driven decisions.

  Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, capable of working effectively with various teams and stakeholders.

  Project Management: Experience in project management and product development using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, identify, and leverage market opportunities.
