Website development (50%)
Market Research and Competitive Analysis
- Conduct market research to understand emerging ecommerce technologies, and best practices in website development.
- Research and perform competitor analysis to identify key differentiators, distinguish strength/weakness, and assess potential opportunities for website innovation.
User Behavior Analysis and Website Performance
- Execute user research initiatives, including quantitative survey, qualitative interview (collaborate with CS) to understand users’ problems and user needs.
- Leverage analytics tools (GA4, CRM) to track user behaviour, develop users’ story, identify key touchpoints to optimize conversion rate, page speed and maximize traffics.
Develop and Execute Product Roadmap
- Develop an annual Product Roadmap by identifying and prioritizing new features and improvements needed for the website, aligned with business goals and user needs.
- Create and manage the Product Backlog, ensuring that items are clearly and thoroughly described and prioritized appropriately.
- Work closely with technical vendors and the IT Department to drive UI/UX development, system integration to enhance user’s experience.
- Address any arising issues related to the system, platform, database, etc.
Project Management (40%)
- Be involved in implementing IT projects for Website (Loyalty, Click&Collect…)
- Coordinate between website vendors and IT Department to deliver business requirements, from development phase to testing, UAT, E2E and go-live, ensuring deliverables, quality standards, and timeline.
- Monitor issues that arise during project implementation, expedite their resolution, and ensure thorough acceptance testing before release.
- Recommend modifications or adjustments to project features to optimize user experience and enhance project quality.
- Maintain oversight of project progress, proactively addressing any website-related problems.
- Evaluate and report project results to stakeholders.
Other tasks (10%)
- Supporting Customer service team to resolve customers inquiries and tickets related to system/database issues.
- Administrative tasks related to Website’s technical vendors and payment gateway providers.
- Other tasks as assigned by the line manager, related to Ecommerce.
