We are looking for a Product Specialist who will work with our teams in various countries to develop high quality software solutions.
Responsibilities: -
● Knowledge domain expert for GrowHub products
● Provide assistance and training to customers for GrowHub products
● Identifying product weakness and improvement points from enquiries and questions
● Perform problem analysis on product issues from clients
● Providing best practices suitable for clients regarding product uses
● Interact with internal GrowHub teams to further improve product development
● Perform usability and issue testing for GrowHub software solutions
Requirements: -
● Proactive and self-motivated needed to learn our evolving products
● Excellent verbal and written skills
● Fluent in English language
● Strong troubleshooting skills
● Willingness to perform additional duties as needed
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
