Project Communicator & Sales Support (N2-J2 Above)

[Project side]: 60%

• Support communicate between development team and customers in Japanese (mainly in JP<>VN language):

• Communication in weekly meeting

• Q&A discussion

• Communication management

• Sometimes need multi languages support between EN<>JP<>VN

• Project Document Translation (JP<>EN, JP<>VN)

[Sales Administrative task side and others]: 40%

• Prepare, process, and manage sales documents, including sale contracts, certificates of completion, memorandum, purchase orders, etc.

• Prepare and process with the registration procedure for new customers and suppliers, update information of previously registered ones.

• Maintain, file, and update sale documents databases and customers & suppliers records.

• Understand the procedure and perform tasks on the company's internal SAP (Systems Applications and Products)

• Document translation support (Administrative document)

• Other general meeting interpreter support (Events of the company etc.,)

1. Must have

• Japanese Certificates: JLPT-N12 and above (or BJT J2 or above)

• Japanese Skill; Good at writing, speaking, reading and listening

• Have experiences more than 01 years related to translation/communicators job (having experiences for IT field communication would be preferable)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferred sales-related software.

• Experience as a sales administrator, sales support, or in a similar role

• Have customer-oriented mindset

• Logical thinking & analysis ability

• Self-motivated & proactive

• Open Communication attitude & Teamwork

• Experiences of staying in Japan or working at Japanese company

• Can go to business trip to overseas
