Quality Assurance - HCMJD230

What You'll Do

- Analyze requirements and design comprehensive test coverage plans

- Develop and maintain test cases, test data, and automated scripts

- Execute manual and automated tests and report results clearly

- Lead test plan/case reviews with cross-functional teams

- Identify, escalate, and track quality issues through to resolution

- Isolate, replicate, and report defects — and verify fixes are effective

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years in QA/QC, with e-commerce, mobile, or B2B2C experience

- Hands-on API testing experience (Postman, SoapUI, or similar)

- Comfortable with SQL queries for data validation

- Familiar with Agile/Scrum workflows

- Proficient in using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar) to support testing workflows and boost productivity

- Automation experience is a strong plus

- Good communication skills in English

- Self-motivated, independent, and eager to keep learning
