About the Role
New Ocean IS is looking for Sales Executives to drive business growth in two strategic solution areas:
- DX Factory: Digital Transformation solutions for Manufacturing (MES, WMS, SCADA, IoT, Traceability, Cloud, Smart Factory)
- AI Solutions: AI Agents and Enterprise AI applications that help businesses improve productivity, automate workflows, and optimize operations.
Depending on experience, strengths, and business needs, candidates may focus on one solution area or work across both domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand business opportunities in Manufacturing, Logistics, and Enterprise sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → consulting → proposal → negotiation → closing → handover.
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships with new and existing customers; expand opportunities within key accounts.
- Understand customers' operational challenges, business needs, and transformation goals to propose suitable technology solutions.
- Apply consultative selling approaches to identify pain points and position Digital Transformation and AI solutions with clear business value and ROI.
- Present and demonstrate solutions such as MES, WMS, SCADA, IoT, Traceability, Cloud, AI Agents, and other enterprise software solutions.
- Collaborate with Presales and Technical teams to prepare demos, proposals, and solution recommendations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and support contract negotiations to drive deals to closure.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, including revenue, gross profit, new customer acquisition, and account growth.
- Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline, sales forecasts, and opportunity tracking.
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Support marketing activities, events, workshops, and lead generation initiatives.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance customer research, proposal development, sales productivity, and workflow optimization.
