Mô tả Công việc

  • Established in 2006, ADVN Co., Ltd is a software company with 100% capital invested from ACECOM (Singapore). We are looking for the sales manager who is responsible for:
  • Present quotes and suggest solutions on customers needs for oversea markets.
  • Offer necessary product knowledge and technical expertise translating into successful sales
  • Coordinate with sales team to develop selling tools for presentations, demos and trade shows.
  • Suggest new product concepts, enhancements and potential new partnerships.
  • Handle in-depth knowledge of products and technologies, competitors and market conditions.
  • Maintain full lifecycle of sales process from prospecting to closure.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Minimum at least 2 years in the same position
  • Have experience in industries: Software, Web-design, CMS, E-commerce, Mobile Application or related software sale
  • To Sale and Promote company software product and service in Web-Design, CMS, E-commerce and Mobile Application, Track, Distribution.
  • Must be able to speak English.
  • Education Level: Minimum Bachelor degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
  • Must be comfortable working towards defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Strong in employee Management, inventory analysis, visual merchandising & cost management
