SAP Consultants

• SAP PP Expertise: Act as the functional owner and subject matter expert for SAP PP module, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving continuous improvement.
• Cross-Functional Support: Provide support for other cross-functional modules such as but not limited to MM, WM, and QM.
• Consultation and User Engagement: Offer expert consultation to business users, understanding their needs, and translating them into effective SAP solutions. Regularly train key users and communicate system changes.
• System Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements within SAP, collaborating with the ERP team to implement and communicate changes. Recognize and address systematic errors.
• Project Leadership: Support and lead sub-projects within SAP initiatives across multiple sites. Ensure effective communication and education for end-users and key users during project rollouts.
• Application Maintenance: Handle both application maintenance and project-related tasks, ensuring the SAP environment is stable and up-to-date.
• Integrated Applications Support: Support applications integrated with SAP, including third-party planning solutions and internally developed business applications related to manufacturing and project operations.
• Reporting and Documentation: Report on SAP system performance, including the impact of change requests, improvements, and general progress. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP processes and integrations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in the global ERP team to harmonize work methods, exchange best practices, and ensure a consistent approach to SAP support.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP PP.
• Demonstrated hands-on SAP S/4HANA PP experience is required.
• Proven experience in manufacturing planning, capacity planning, shop floor control, MRP, and production execution.
• Strong knowledge of PP master data setup e.g., BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Orders, etc.
• Strong understanding of integration between SAP PP and related business processes in MM, WM, QM, SD and FI/CO.
• Experience working with SAP MM/WM/QM or other modules.
• Experience with both project and application maintenance roles.
• Experience in semiconductors, electronics or high-tech manufacturing industries is an advantage.
• While SAP PP remains the primary area of expertise, the incumbent is expected to progressively build functional knowledge and support capabilities in related Supply Chain modules including MM, WM and QM.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear consultation to business users.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and balance business requirements with system capabilities, technical constraints, and project priorities.
• Ability to work effectively in a lean team environment and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, influence decision-making, and drive alignment on process and solution outcomes.
• Good command of English
