SAP COORDINATOR FOR LAB_Temp 9 months

1, Summary:

The SAP Coordinator for AD lab will help to drive local On-site Engagement to support AD business processes and facilitate the efficient functioning of our SAP system .

2. Core job responsibilities:

1. Master Data Management:

- Create, update, and maintain SAP master data records for AD in accordance with organizational guidelines and data governance policies.

- Collaborate with relevant departments to gather and validate data inputs for SAP.

2. Data Governance:

- Enforce data governance standards and policies to ensure the quality and reliability of master data.

- Work closely with stakeholders to establish and refine data entry processes and standards.

3. Collaboration:

- Liaise with various departments, including but not limited to formulation, finance, procurement, and production, engineering, quality to understand their master data requirements.

- Provide support and guidance to end-users on SAP master data-related issues to ensure the team familiar with AD processes in SAP

4. Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements related to SAP master data management to save time and paper work.

- Develop and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of master data processes.

- Revise existing procedure to adapt changes from SAP implementation

5. Training and Documentation:

- Develop training materials and provide training sessions F2F for end-users on SAP master data processes and modules to ensure the team can apply SAP smoothly and independently

- Maintain documentation related to master data procedures, standards, and guidelines.

6. Support the team to perform sample analysis/ testing to meet target of AD routine work as well SAP project

o   Fluent in both oral and written English is a requirement

o   Excellent Excel, Word skills. Basic PowerPoint skills.

o   Understands and can implement change management/communications initiatives

·         Proven experience working with SAP master data management.

·         Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices.

·         Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.

·         Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

 SAP experience  in master data management

·         Good working experiences/ knowledge in analysis/ QC/ analytical lab.

·         Familiar with SAP processes in QC/ analytical lab

·         Experience with other SAP modules, such as SAP ERP, SAP MM, or SAP SD.

·         Familiarity with data migration and data cleansing activities.

·         Previous experience in a similar role within the industry.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED

·         Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or a related field.
