About the role:
As a Senior Commercial Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing Commercial Marketing initiatives, working closely with the Head of Commercial Marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Marketing & Go-To-Market (GTM)
- Execute GTM plans for new features, key product categories, and strategic partnerships
- Lead commercial marketing initiatives for assigned products or customer segments
- Partner closely with Sales & Growth teams to support proposals, pitch decks, and deal conversion
- Content & Sales Enablement
- Develop and optimize commercial marketing materials, including proposals, pitch decks, sales kits, onboarding, and activation content.
- Ensure clear, consistent, and conversion-driven messaging across all touchpoints
- Partnership & Co-Marketing
- Support co-marketing and co-promotion campaigns with partners, brands, and suppliers
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver campaigns on time
- Track performance and recommend optimization actions
- Market Insights & Performance Tracking
- Monitor campaign effectiveness, customer adoption, and conversion metrics
- Gather market and customer insights to refine GTM strategies and messaging
- Turn data and feedback into actionable recommendations for business growth
- Vendor & Agency Management
- Work with agencies and third-party vendors to deliver marketing assets and campaigns
- Ensure quality, timelines, KPIs, and budget efficiency are met
