About the role:

As a Senior Commercial Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing Commercial Marketing initiatives, working closely with the Head of Commercial Marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Commercial Marketing & Go-To-Market (GTM)
  • Execute GTM plans for new features, key product categories, and strategic partnerships
  • Lead commercial marketing initiatives for assigned products or customer segments
  • Partner closely with Sales & Growth teams to support proposals, pitch decks, and deal conversion
  1. Content & Sales Enablement
  • Develop and optimize commercial marketing materials, including proposals, pitch decks, sales kits, onboarding, and activation content.
  • Ensure clear, consistent, and conversion-driven messaging across all touchpoints
  1. Partnership & Co-Marketing
  • Support co-marketing and co-promotion campaigns with partners, brands, and suppliers
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver campaigns on time
  • Track performance and recommend optimization actions
  1. Market Insights & Performance Tracking
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness, customer adoption, and conversion metrics
  • Gather market and customer insights to refine GTM strategies and messaging
  • Turn data and feedback into actionable recommendations for business growth
  1. Vendor & Agency Management
  • Work with agencies and third-party vendors to deliver marketing assets and campaigns
  • Ensure quality, timelines, KPIs, and budget efficiency are met

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

What you will need:
  • 5–7+ years of experience in Commercial Marketing, Trade Marketing, or related roles
  • Strong hands-on experience in GTM execution, sales enablement, or partnership marketing
  • Background in Tech, App, B2B, Retail, or Marketplace is a strong plus
  • Excellent coordination and execution skills with strong ownership mindset
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to track, analyze, and optimize performance
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Growth, Product, and Operations teams

Nice to have:

  • Solid understanding of trade marketing mechanics and commercial funnels (lead → onboard → activate → retain)
  • Ability to thrive in fast-growing startup or scale-up environments with ambiguity and rapid change

Working Location: 42/2 Nguyen Van Troi Street, Cau Kieu Ward, HCMC

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
