Mô tả Công việc

  • Provide a plan to improve the quality of XSTU customer base
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on XSTU base quality management including Product, Marketing, Risk, Sales and IT etc.
  • Design, update and optimize reports, dashboards to monitor and take action promptly on XSTU customer base
  • Provide exploration based on customer characteristic and behavior
  • Provide insights about XSTU customer base through operational metrics
  • Identify areas in the customer base that can be optimized and run optimization related projects
  • Design base allocation rule and coordinate with stakeholders in XSTU base preparation monthly
  • Provide customer insights through data analysis and research
  • Other tasks assigned by Head of XSTU Analytics & Strategy Department

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science.
  • Have at least 3 - 4 years of working experience as Data Analysis/Business Intelligence/Business Analysis/Sales Analyst/ Sales Performance...in finance & banking, fintech, insurance institution...
  • Work experience with applications and systems (SAS, Pega, Oracle or related) will be a plus
  • Proven skills in development and management customer base
  • Ability for fast education and self-development
  • Project & process management skill and strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analysis skills as Excel, SQL, Python...
