Senior Data Analyst

Primary Objectives

• Deliver high-quality, technically robust analytics solutions that support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Own end-to-end data analysis projects, develop scalable dashboards, and collaborate across teams to ensure data accuracy, insight generation, and business impact.

Main responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights.
• Translate business needs into structured analytical solutions.
• Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI.
• Automate reports and ensure data accuracy across outputs.
• Build and optimize data models and ETL pipelines.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure scalable data infrastructure.
• Support self-service analytics tools for business users.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored insights.
• Assist in internal audits and ensure data governance compliance.
• Contributed to advanced analytics projects with data scientists.

1. Educational level 

• University degree in the field of computer science or information systems or in related fields. 

2. Knowledge & Experiences

• 4-5 years of experience in Data warehouse design and implementation
• 4-5 years of experience in Self-service BI (Power BI)
• 4-5 years of experience with programming languages like SQL, or Python
• Good understanding of database design development, data models

3. Technical Skills

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to dissect complex data sets, identify patterns, and extract actionable insights.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in BI tools like Power BI and understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Problem-Solving: Addressing data discrepancies and ensuring data quality 

4. Soft Skills

• Communication Skills: Presenting research findings and insights to upper management and stakeholders effectively 
• Business Acumen: Understanding business processes and how data can drive business decisions
