1. PRODUCT DATA MANAGEMENT (SALSIFY)
- Create new SKUs and manage active SKU status and details to match with real production
- Work with internal teams to collect necessary data (product measurements, materials, finishing, specifications, etc.) and ensure all data is aligned across all systems including pricing
- Work closely with Marketing, 3D, Studio teams and Product Designers to maintain the fulfilment, accuracy, and efficiency of digital assets library
- Maintain the accuracy, fulfillment, and efficiency of database on Salsify
- Together with the Senior Administrator work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and IT), to obtain data requirements and then execute
- Analyze current database, rules, and logics to generate properties (computed or normal) for quality data collection to maintain legitimacy of data.
- Work with Salsify architects to establish channels and conduct attribute mapping for data publication to partners’ portals and website platforms
2. WEBSITE / SYSTEM ECO SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE
- Modify and add/remove products and attributes as needed on Shopify Platform
- Populate Inventory Report for SLUS and update onto Salsify
- Set up and maintain data structure required for website systems and integrations with PIM and CRM
- Provide inventory feed to e-commerce partners via email or their hubs
- Support CS / Sales team on technical product inquiries
- Create / update and maintain Salsify catalogs/lightboxes that will aid and support sales team and customer service team
- Provide product information in requiring templates to partners so that Sonder products can be launched on their websites
3. E-COMMERCE & MARKETING
- Receive requirements and provide data and images for the initiative setup or refreshment of our products on e-commerce websites
- Supports for E-Commerce partners: 3D assets, swatches, product information, latest images, pricing, and stock availability
- Research customer workflows and build customer flowcharts to improve Marketing metrics
- Provide product information, modified catalogs, and lightboxes to generate Marketing materials
4. COSTING DATABASE
- Support Senior Administrator with requests from Management Team to update the Costing Database periodically
