Senior IT Infrastructure (Disaster Recovery) Officer

1. System operation management:
- Directly operate VMware virtualization systems including: vSphere, vSAN, vSAN File Services, vCenter, VMware Horizon…
- Directly operate physical devices: HCI, Servers, Storage, SAN Switch, …
- Directly operate Linux server system infrastructure (RHEL)
- Directly operate Red Hat Satellite system
- Directly operate Linux-based systems such as: GFS2, Mail Relay (Postfix/Proxmox), Proxy (Squid), FTP, …
- Directly operate Veritas Netbackup/ Tape Library system
- Handle errors and incidents related to the directly operated systems mentioned above.
- Perform maintenance, update/upgrade versions, patch security vulnerabilities periodically or when necessary on Linux server operating system (RHEL) and VMware encryption system
- Deploy Server, Storage, Backup-Restore systems at DC - DR
- Research, test and propose solutions to improve the performance, security and availability of the above systems
- Support the operation of PAM system (BeyondTrust) when necessary
- Support the operation of Windows Server and Office365 server systems when necessary
2. Project implementation:
- As the technical lead responsible for DR projects
- Make technical requirements related to the system for the assigned project
- Support/Implement project/CR work items according to the approved scope and plan
3. System maintenance:
- Review and propose to purchase/renew maintenance services for directly operated systems such as: Redhat, VMware, ...

1. Experience: >= 2 Years.
2. Acknowledgments:
- At least 2 years of experience in operations management and in-depth knowledge of virtualization systems VMware, Linux, ...
- Proficient in working with Shell Script.
- Experience in Network Routing - Switching, Security
- Experience in deploying and relocating DC - DR infrastructure
- Experience in administration and operation of Windows server systems, Veritas Netbackup, PAM is an advantage
- Having knowledge about Cloud infrastructure (AWS, ...) is an advantage
- Experience in disaster recovery including work processes, policies and procedures.
- Experience working in financial companies, banks is an advantage
- Having system-related certificates such as LPI, MCSA, VMware, ... is an advantage
