Senior IT Specialist – Data & BI

Data and BI scope (50%):

· Work with Regional team and External Supplier to ensure meeting Group/Regional requirements on security/ application harmonization and the need of local business users.

· Develops SQL Server reporting databases, data marts, and Measure Library to support data collection and data mining necessary for analytics and reporting.

· Develops data collection user interface applications to support Request Management, Reporting, and Improvement Project needs.

· Develops data modeling and is responsible for data acquisition, access analysis, archive, recovery, load design and implementation.

· Coordinates new data developments to ensure consistency with existing warehouse structure.

· Collaborates with internal customers to capture requirements, design, create, document, manage and fulfill requests for on-going and/or ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and scorecards.

· Assists with the development, implementation, and maintenance of front-end presentation (dashboards), automated report solutions and other BI solutions to support tactical and strategic reporting needs of the organization.

· Assists in identification of data integrity problems and recommends solution

IT Projects (50%): In charge full cycle of local projects, tasks and timelines ensuring that approvals from leadership are obtained.

· Identity user’s needs, propose solution to improve operational efficiency by using new technology.

· Influence users to adapt new WOW with IT solutions (new digitalize processes, automated reports, workflows,...)

· Develop training materials and train to new users.

Others

Performs all other job-related duties as assigned.

·     University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent 

 ·     Experience in managing SQL Server/ Azure reporting databases, data marts, and Measure Library to support data collection and data mining necessary for analytics and reporting

·       Knowledge of programing languages, SQL, Python.

·       Able to communicate in English with regional & global team and external vendors.

·       Must have strong Cloud-based Data platform environment design & setup esp. in Microsoft Azure

·       Experience 1 – 2 full implementation cycles, Project management experiences of Data platform with local & regional rollout

·       Prefer experience in front end tool PowerBI, Tableau, Qilk.

·       Prefer experience in FMCG industry with good business knowledge.

·       Prefer knowledge of Business Analysist and finance & accounting.
