1. Role Objective
Lead the end-to-end Odoo system (CRM – Sales – Service) in Vietnam, ensuring process compliance, data accuracy, UX optimization, and cross-functional alignment with HQ, IT, and BI teams.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. System Ownership & Strategy
- Own CRM to After-sale process
- Define system architecture and roadmap
- Align with HQ and IT for development priorities
B. UX & Adoption Leadership
- Optimize UI/UX for ease of use
- Ensure system is intuitive and reduces training needs
- Drive user adoption across Sales and Service teams
C. Process Governance & Compliance
- Enforce CRM usage and prevent bypass
- Ensure all quotations are created from Opportunities
- Set validation and approval rules
D. Data Governance & BI Alignment
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Align with BI team on reporting and KPIs
- Resolve data duplication and mismatch
E. Cross-functional Leadership
- Coordinate Sales, Service, IT, and HQ
- Ensure smooth handover between teams
F. Team Management
- Build and manage CRM/Operations team
- Train and coach users
G. Execution & Transformation
- Drive transition from Excel to Odoo
- Manage change and resistance
