- Maintain and support factory MIS systems and digital projects, including production tracking, quality traceability, WMS, MES, APS, ERP interface and related shop-floor data acquisition programs.
- Collaborate with operational team to collect business requirements, implement new data collection processes and provide user training.
- Work with global IT and operation team to execute digital projects, system testing, version rollout, function upgrade and results driven.
- Hold project meetings and track project actions and timeline to ensure on time go live.
- Perform daily database monitoring, data validation, data cleansing and backup; resolve abnormal data and report discrepancies raised by production, QC, warehouse and PMC teams until problems solved.
- Comply with factory safety, 5S, security and data confidentiality rules; ensure manufacturing data security and access control.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or related majors.
- Strong data analysis logic and skills, proficient in Excel advanced functions, Pivot Table, Power Query, VBA / Macro. Solid SQL skill is preferred.
- Familiar with machinery manufacturing processes and mechanical automation; solid understanding of production equipment, PLC, and shop – floor automation and paperless operational workflows.
- Practical experience in factory MES, WMS, production reporting, shop floor data collection system is preferred.
- Responsible, careful on data accuracy, good communication and problem-solving skill, patient to support shop-floor end users, able to prioritize tasks under tight schedule.
- Vietnamese and English for daily work. Chinese communication capability is a plus.
