Senior Network Engineer

1. Job description

Network (70%):

• Manage and operate network devices (Cisco, Fortinet, HP Aruba, etc.), including routers, switches, load balancers, and firewalls.
• Configure, manage, and operate VPN (S2S) connections for customers.
• Configure, manage, and operate MPLS connections for customers.
• Optimize network performance by analyzing metrics and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and speed.
• Develop and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Monitor and test application performance to identify potential bottlenecks and work with developers to resolve them.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including topology diagrams and configuration details.

System & Infrastructure (30%):

• Manage and operate server services (DHCP, DNS, File Server, AD, etc.).
• Manage and operate virtualization systems (VMWare, Proxmox).
• Configure and operate PBX systems (Asterisk, Elastix).
• Manage and maintain server hardware (HPE, DELL, IBM).
• Manage and operate storage hardware (DELL, Synology).
• Manage and operate CCTV systems.
• Install and maintain hardware, systems, and necessary applications for work.
• Troubleshoot servers and associated systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Working time: 8h00 - 17h50 (Mon - Fri)

• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Understanding of systems for monitoring, tracking, and analyzing data connections/traffic through network transmission lines.
• Strong experience with Cisco switches, FortiGate firewalls, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, AD, and file sharing.
• Basic knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, Rocky Linux).
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 standards.
• Solid background in network administration.
• Good command of English (advantageous).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work overtime during project phases and willingness to travel for business if required.
• Willingness to work outside normal business hours.
• Certifications are a plus, but practical experience is highly valued.
