Software Project Manager

Lead key initiatives and drive collaboration across multiple cross-functional teams including product, engineering, data, and operations to create a viable software-hardware platform for Earable.

Develop and manage end-to-end project plans with specific milestones, pre-defined key results, and deliverables to ensure on-time launches.

Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure product goals are met.

Perform risk management and change management on projects

Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks

Drive internal process improvements, bridging gaps across multiple teams and ensuring teams are working on high impact projects that align with company mission and goals.

Technical knowledge and/or experience in Wearable, Healthcare, Smart-Soft Goods.

At least 5 years of experience with project management, production line management. 

Experience in delivering products from inception to actual product that serves customers’ needs.

Demonstrated management skills (including time management, resource management, and more)

Excellent organizational, coordinating, and multi-tasking skills

Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills

Experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.

International product launch experience (optional).
