Solution Design (Warehousing)

- Responsible for proposal compilation, quotation and presentation for new business inquiries and RFQ/RFP

- Responsible for interpreting high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications

- Responsible for analysing business information and statistical data from Clients’ supply chain / business operations

- Responsible for calculating the solution resource and implementation requirements by data driven– ex: FTE’s, costs, EDI development, facilities, capabilities, equipment/services

- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (warehouse, transportation, HR, IT) to have a clear & good communication for efficiency collaboration.

- Clearly outline solutions in appropriate formats for presentation to internal / external customers

- Coordinate with internal parties for new customer implementation including project plan, layout design, warehouse setup, SOP, cost analysis and contracting etc. ensuring project implementation is in good order.

- Provide support in pursuing new clients for logistics outsourcing projects

- Build and maintain relationship with customers to ensure long terms partner and loyalty.

- Support for continuously improvement: reviewing operational process to identify improvement area for increasing productivity and speed of services, reducing “waste” in operations like idling time, waiting times between processes

-         Good English written and verbal communication skills

-         Detail-oriented and passionate to work quickly/efficiently to meet deadlines.

-         Good interpersonal and presentation skill

-         Good knowledge of MS Office: Teams, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio

-         Humble and willing to learn every day

-         Critical thinking and have service mindset

-         Knowledge of WMS/TMS
