Mô tả Công việc

  • Provide technical support and customer service primarily for nail salon owners, restaurants, hair salons, auto repair shops, bubble tea shops, and fast food establishments across the United States and Canada.
  • Perform tasks on computers (offline, online, remote) and company devices such as card readers and POS systems.
  • Conduct product installations, training, and demonstrations, and resolve any issues related to company equipment and services.
  • Demonstrate leadership, management, and team development skills.
  • Have a strong understanding of network systems, security protocols, and data protection measures.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Good English communication skills are a significant advantage (English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 5.5 - 6.0 or similar).
  • Excellent communication skills (listening, speaking).
  • Clear and fluent voice without regional accents, showing confidence in communication.
  • Knowledge of computer networks, including router, modem setup, and backup IP.
  • Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude, self-discipline, and proactive working methods.
  • Own a laptop/PC capable of supporting remote work (WFH) in emergency situations.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical management position or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with POS systems for salons and card payment equipment is a plus.
