The Techpub and Librianrance (TL) Job Description:
· The control of the Technical Publication is the responsibility of the TL under the supervision of the Operations Manager to ensure technical data is controlled, adequate and current.
· TL is responsible for the efficient maintenance and distribution of all technical documents used in the course of maintenance and shall ensure that revisions are incorporated promptly upon receipt.
· TL shall be responsible to manage the description of technical publication in accordance with requirements and approval of Operations Manager.
· TL shall issue the Document Master List against each customer/operator as well as for internal SAAM maintenance data to facilitate the control status (effectivity, update, etc.) when in use by the maintenance staff.
· TL shall maintain the integrity of Aircraft Maintenance Manuals by ensuring that all amendments are promptly posted in the company electronic storage.
· TL shall receive all documents on behalf of SAAM by from the customers/operators as well as from the competent regulatory authorities.
· TL shall be responsible:
ü For uploading the maintenance data in electronic format on company electronic storage in structure order for the ease of use.
ü For distributing copy of the maintenance data in other formats (hard copy, DVD, CD- ROM, etc.) to the users (stations), and maintaining the original copy at secure place for reference.
· TL shall check the validity (aircraft applicability, currency/revision status) of all documents held in the library, against the customers/operators index list by:
ü Contacting customers’ Technical Library at the beginning of every quarter to have written confirmation from the operator/customer that all such maintenance data is up to date, or
ü Ggetting the proof (written confirmation) that SAAM Technical Library is on the customer/operator maintenance data amendment list,
ü Verifying that the access to the required applicable maintenance data on the customer/ operator’s website is secured at all time.
TL shall be responsible for managing the Read and Sign process for technical publications, maintenance procedures, company documents, and customer-issued documents as required by the Operations Manager and/or customers. TL shall ensure that all relevant personnel acknowledge, review, and complete the Read and Sign requirements within the specified timeframe and maintain records for compliance and audit purposes.
TL shall be responsible for controlling and safeguarding customer technical publication accounts and access credentials. TL shall ensure that customer accounts are used only by authorized personnel, maintain confidentiality of login information, monitor account access status, and coordinate with customers regarding account creation, modification, suspension, or termination in accordance with company and customer requirements.
TL shall be responsible for training, supervising, and developing Technical Publications Librarians to ensure competency in technical publication control, revision management, document distribution, and customer requirements.

ü Remind and keep control Tech Librarian at others station to comply with the OHF working requirement
