Test Project Assistant (1–3 Years Experience)
Position Overview
The Test Project Assistant supports the Test Technology Department in managing NPI(New Product Introduction) test activities for Customer programs. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication, accurate data flow, and effective progress tracking throughout the NPI phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the interface with Customer during the NPI phase and assist in managing design review data windows to ensure test requirements are accurately captured and communicated.
- Assist in preparing test plans for Customer programs, including materials, fixtures, and production line scheduling, and track execution progress.
- Support project meetings with Customer by preparing meeting minutes and maintaining up-to-date project status reports.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Production, Quality, etc.) to support issue tracking and drive closure of testing-related issues.
- Maintain and archive Customer test documentation and support project retrospective reviews to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Assist with project data tracking, reporting, and internal communication across departments.
