SVI là một trung tâm nghiên cứu và hợp tác đa lĩnh vực, được thành lập dưới hình thức doanh nghiệp xã hội theo quy định của luật pháp Việt Nam. Công ty được thiết kế để tạo điều kiện thuận lợi và củng cố sự trao đổi tư duy và sáng tạo giữa các nhà nghiên cứu, học giá, và cộng đồng nói chung của Úc và Việt Nam.
SVI is a multidisciplinary research and engagement hub established as a social enterprise under the laws of Vietnam. It is designed to facilitate and strengthen intellectual and creative exchange between Australian and Vietnamese researchers, academics and the broader community.
Xây dựng trên nền tảng giáo dục và nghiên cứu hàng đầu thế giới của Đại học Sydney trong nhiều lĩnh vực và các sự hợp tác về học thuật quan trọng và lâu đời với Việt Nam trong suốt 50 năm qua. Mô tả vị trí/Job Description:
Chuyên viên cấp cao Vận hành CNTT và An ninh mạng trực tiếp vận hành, bảo trì và bảo mật hệ thống CNTT; điều phối công việc hằng ngày, hỗ trợ người dùng và phối hợp xử lý sự cố nhằm duy trì dịch vụ ổn định, bảo vệ hệ thống và dữ liệu.
The IT Operations & Cybersecurity Specialist operates, maintains, and secures IT systems; coordinates daily activities, supports users, and coordinates incident resolution to maintain reliable services and protect systems and data.
Nhiệm vụ và trách nhiệm/Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Vận hành CNTT/IT Operations:
Thực hiện và điều phối vận hành, bảo trì, hỗ trợ CNTT; ưu tiên yêu cầu theo mức độ ảnh hưởng và chuyển cấp khi cần./Perform and coordinate IT operations, maintenance, and support; prioritize requests by impact and escalate when needed.
- Tiếp nhận, xử lý và theo dõi yêu cầu hỗ trợ về phần cứng, phần mềm, mạng và tài khoản; cập nhật tiến độ và chuyển cấp khi cần./Receive, resolve, and track hardware, software, network, and account requests; provide progress updates and escalate when needed.
- Giám sát, bảo trì, cập nhật và quản lý cấu hình mạng, máy chủ, thiết bị đầu cuối và ứng dụng; phối hợp khôi phục dịch vụ khi gián đoạn./Monitor, maintain, update, and configure networks, servers, endpoints, and applications; coordinate service restoration following outages.
- Cập nhật tài liệu cấu hình, quy trình hỗ trợ và hướng dẫn sử dụng; tập huấn nhân viên sử dụng công cụ CNTT hiệu quả, an toàn./Maintain configuration records, support procedures, and user guides; train staff to use IT tools effectively and securely.
- Làm đầu mối với bộ phận CNTT của Đại học Sydney, nhà cung cấp và các bộ phận liên quan để bảo trì, xử lý sự cố và cải tiến dịch vụ; theo dõi công việc đến khi hoàn tất./Liaise with the University of Sydney ICT team, vendors, and relevant departments on maintenance, troubleshooting, and service improvements; track actions to completion.
- Thực hiện mua sắm thiết bị, phần mềm và dịch vụ thuộc phạm vi CNTT theo quy định; tư vấn các bộ phận về yêu cầu kỹ thuật, bảo mật và tính tương thích khi lựa chọn giải pháp./Procure equipment, software, and services within the IT remit under organizational policies; advise departments on technical, security, and compatibility requirements when selecting solutions.
2. An ninh mạng/Cybersecurity Support:
Duy trì các biện pháp an ninh mạng; theo dõi rủi ro, phối hợp ứng phó sự cố và khắc phục lỗ hổng theo phạm vi được giao và quy trình của tổ chức./Maintain cybersecurity controls; monitor risks and coordinate incident response and vulnerability remediation within the assigned scope and organizational procedures.
- Triển khai, kiểm tra bảo vệ thiết bị đầu cuối, mã hóa dữ liệu, tường lửa và kiểm soát truy cập; rà soát quyền truy cập theo yêu cầu bảo mật./Implement and check endpoint protection, encryption, firewalls, and access controls; review permissions against security requirements.
- Giám sát cảnh báo và hoạt động bất thường; đánh giá ban đầu, báo cáo, phối hợp ứng phó sự cố và ghi nhận các hành động xử lý./Monitor alerts and unusual activity; assess and report incidents, coordinate response, and document actions taken.
- Thực hiện hoặc phối hợp đánh giá rủi ro, quét lỗ hổng và kiểm thử xâm nhập trong phạm vi được phê duyệt; báo cáo, đề xuất và theo dõi khắc phục lỗ hổng, sự cố và vi phạm dữ liệu./Conduct or coordinate risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests within approved scopes; report findings, recommend actions, and track remediation of vulnerabilities, incidents, and data breaches.
- Soạn thảo, rà soát chính sách và quy trình bảo mật để trình phê duyệt; hướng dẫn triển khai và tập huấn nhận thức an toàn thông tin./Draft and review security policies and procedures for approval; support implementation and deliver security awareness training.
- Làm đầu mối với bộ phận An ninh mạng của Đại học Sydney, nhà cung cấp và các bên liên quan để triển khai yêu cầu bảo mật, xử lý vấn đề chuyên sâu và cải tiến biện pháp bảo vệ./Liaise with the University of Sydney Cybersecurity team, vendors, and stakeholders to implement security requirements, resolve specialist issues, and improve protective controls.
