ZEPETO Product Inspection Manager

SNOW Vietnam Corp – a member of Naver Corporation – is seeking a manager for product inspection activities for our Metaverse Platform – ZEPETO. An ideal candidate is a sincere person, good at teamwork, and has an insightful sense.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect items submitted by creators following platform guidelines

• Create a system and manage the team

• Participate in platform development, product analysis, and inspection phases

• Read and understand documents and coordinate with teams to understand coworking requirements

• Write and manage documents such as workflows, guidelines, SOPs, scenarios, cases, checklists, etc...

• Implement the product testing and do reports

• Support to reproduce arising bugs and re-check as required

Required Qualifications:

• Graduated from college, university majoring in IT preferred

• Experienced from 2+ years in the Game Entertainment industry

• Experienced in Functional testing & UI, UX for Web application, Mobile application (iOS and Android), API testing, using SQL query to support testing

• Being able to write good Test cases and Bug reports

• Familiar with the Agile process and testing process

• Understand the necessary steps of the test process, test principles, test types, test levels, test methodologies

• Know how to use testing tools related to workflow and test management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, TestRail, ClickUp, etc.)

• Dedication to quality and a positive, collaborative attitude and approach to testing
